Just to report that Tuesday's performance was pretty much a success and we really had fun! Of course it was all nerves on the day itself with so many eyes on us and we have to be at our best on the day itself because our performance is indoor and you know.... doing drills indoor isn't the best because of the sound we have to produce. If one man makes a mistake, it'll pull the rest down definitely.

But well, it was pretty coordinated and thought we did well. Our OC even treated us each to a bowl of dessert during our afternoon law lesson. I was very surprised that he would do such stuff but hey... he's a cool OC eh!

Some photos:

Many tests have already ended and next week it's scenario based test and then law test on the 2nd of July. This means we could smell and see POP and it also means our time together is getting lesser.

Friday's last lesson at the dojo was pretty interesting as we had fun taking photos as well as practicing some scenarios thought out by our instructor. It was hilarious looking at how that joker bunch of 'police officers' handled the case of the family dispute. Heh. Of course it was an emotional parting with 'fisherman'. Though to be honest, I dread to go there for the past 10-11weeks, it was good training and those stuff will really be useful down on the ground.

SOC (special ops command) also had a roadshow and man, how cool they look. I could tell you that their public order gear looks like storm troopers gear but in black. I had a look at their equipments (which they claimed to cost up to $8k) and it involves the H&K MP5... that gigantic riot shield which was extreeeeeeemely heavy and a T-Baton which was bigger than the ones we're using. Eye opener!

Ah, so we are finally not the lowest life form in tracom anymore. Those new recruits have taken over and are now 'enjoying' themselves inside while we're back home :p

POP-OH!
