Honky Movie Stereotype

Friday's weird. Because we have 3 hours break in between. So me, mike and ken went to the library to watch movies and waste the time away. No Drum Line, so we got Hard Boiled. The cast was pretty strong, with Chow Yun Fatt and Tony Leung in it. Soon found out it was a REALLY old movie and although it was an action movie, I found myself laughing most of the time.

Here are some observations I had after watching the movie:

1. Their guns have unlimited ammos and bullets. Until the director actually says 'your bullet has ran out', they can continue shooting for 5-10 minutes without reloading. And they always run out of bullets when their face to face with their foes.

2. Hong Kong actually has bullet proof cars. They could hide behind the car door without getting injured with a Uzi unleashing a hail of bullets.

3. They have a lot of cannon fodders. Those gang members are effectively there to prance around and fall around, flying and spinning. If footballers want to learn how to dive and practice it, they should go act in some HK action movie.

4. The bullet of Chow Yun Fatt can go through the glass window and killing the guy at the other side WITHOUT smashing the window. How did he do that?!

5. Chow Yun Fatt's HP (Hit Points) is 3423y46239856231 while his team member always get shot. You gotta wonder why......hahahaha.

6. By smashing a glass window into a guy's head will make him spill blood from his nose and die.

7. There is such thing as one man show. He could take on a gang of 40 people by himself.

Haha rather amusing right. Never the mind, met up with weekiat, yuling, aaron, janice and keat hwee at the prata house. Saw alot of old faces like claire, eugene, yue yuan, brenda and yuen hong. Then there were a whole lot of other PSS people over there like nick, timo, rj and brudder yixian. Saw my primary school friend there as well.

Went to liquid kitchen after that and was forced to sit outside the vet shop because it was packed inside. Drank down a glass of barcadi + sprite + coke.

Ooh, Momo next Friday. First time clubbing so will try and enjoy it..........
